Genetical effect in populations of Pinus sylrestris L., growing on Eastern Urals radioactive trail, zone of the Chernobyl accident and Semipalatinsk nuclear test region

Description
The method of isoenzyme electrophoresis was used for comparative evaluation of genetic effects in populations of Pinus sylvestris L. growing in Kyshtym region (East Ural), the Chernobyl accident zone and in the region of Semipalatinsk nuclear tests (Altai). It was shown that mutation frequencies for allozyme loci are ranged as followers: Ural>Altai>Chernobyl. 18 refs.; 2 figs.; 3 tabs
