Gamma-radiation effect on kinetic coefficients of Pb1-xSnxTe films
Description
The paper studies the effect of gamma-radiation on the kinetic coefficients of non-alloyed and indium-alloyed polycrystalline films of Pb1-xSnxTe solid solution. The obtained results are explained by variations of the state of boundaries of crystallites under gamma-radiation effect: radiation-induced diffusion of the impurities at the boundaries of the crystallites.
