Colloid-chemical and rheological properties of ZrO2 aqueous suspensions and their interrelations with properties of castings and articles

Description
Results of studies of structural and mechanical properties of suspensions of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide and also properties of castings were presented. Introduction of nonoclinic zirconium dioxide additions into the suspension sharply increased items heat stability, but at the same time restricted castings size. Moreover humidity of the castings should be above 2 %. Such humidity was provided by certain preservation conditions of castings prior to annealing process
