Determination of the liquid flow velocity in pipelines by the thermal tag method

Paper studies a symmetrical problem of heat transfer under liquid laminar flow within heat-insulated pipes. Paper presents and bases a simple engineering technique to measure flow rate using method of thermal labels based on liquid flow as initial parameter
