Effect of cationic composition on magnetic flux pinning efficiency in superconducting ceramics Bi2+ySr2-xCa1+xCu2O8+δ

Description
Magnetic properties of one-phase samples of superconductivity ceramics Bi2+ySr2-xCa1+xCu2O8+δ (Bi-2212) (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.6 at y 0.2 and 0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.6 at y = 0) depending on their cationic composition are studied in the temperature range of 20-100 K. It is ascertained that pinning effectiveness in grains of Bi-2212 ceramics increases both with increase in Sr : Ca ratio and with decrease in bismuth content. Irreversibility parameter T*/Tc decreases essentially with oxygen index decrease in Bi2.2Sr2Cu2.2O8+δ
Abstract (Russian)
В интервале температур 20-100 К изучены магнитные свойства однофазных образцов сверхпроводящей керамики Bi2+ySr2-xCa1+xCu2O8+δ (Bi-2212) (0 ≤ x ≤ 0,6 при y = 0,2 и 0,2 ≤ x ≤ 0,6 при y = 0) в зависимости от их катионного состава. Установлено, что эффективность пиннинга в зернах керамики Bi-2212 возрастает как с увеличением отношения Sr к Ca, так и при снижении содержания висмута. Параметр необратимости T*/Tc значительно уменьшается при понижении кислородного индекса в Bi2.2Sr2Cu2.2O8+δAdditional details
