Application of electron microscopy to study steel and alloy struc
Description
Techniques for electron-microscopic investigation of carbon, chromium-nickel and chromium-molybdenum steels and EhI-893 alloy are presented. Considered are examples of application of fractographic analysis, investigation of fine galvanic layers applicable to nickel and nickel-phosphate coating as well as application of the method of preparation used to study small in size or very narrow place. Attention is paid to problems of complex use of several metallographic techniques
