Electric resistance of Fe75Cr5B20 and Fe75Nb5B20 amorphous alloys at low temperature

Description
Electric resistance ρ(T) of Fe75Cr5B20 and Fe75Nb5B20 amorphous ferromagnets is measured. Conclusion on considerable contribution of d-electron scattering into ρ(T) is made. For ρ(T) description two-current model allowing for contributions of subzones with opposite direction of d-electron spin is used. Calculated curves qualitatively describing experimental dependences of ρ(T) for iron base amorphous alloys with Cr and Nb impurities of the fifth and sixth groups are plotted
