A development experience of robot system for radwaste facility in nuclear power plant

In the nuclear industry, we use many kinds of Robotechnics. Here is shown a development experience of a robot system which was applied to the radwaste facility of a nuclear power plant. From this experience, the reporter points out the current limitation of Robotechnics, and the expected direction of Robotechnics development in this area. The readers may find in this short report the current tendency and goal of the near future in Robotechnics in this area and are hoped to be encouraged to develop new techniques in this field. (author)
