Description

This paper reports the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of high quality bulk YBa2Cu3O7 and Pb stabilized Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O16 as a function of temperature and field. The critical current density when compared with the dV/dl at high currents, is much smaller than can be readily reconciled with any classical model of weak-links
