Description
Results are presented from determinations of monthly averages of ground-level atmospheric strontium 90 and cesium 137 concentrations, carried out in the Sofia-city area over the period 1972-1974. Airborne concentrations at ground level are correlated with concentrations in monthly precipitates. Furthermore, comparisons are made between ground level data and the respective lower troposphere rates as estimated from a theoretical model. (author)
