Description
Thermally stimulated luminescence of Tm-doped lithium tetraborate crystals Li2B4O7 obtained by recrystallization annealing of glass is investigated. A possibility of efficient control over luminescence of lithium tetraborate owing to the domination of the capture of current carriers by Tm3+ ions as compared with matrix capture centers of the hole nature is shown
