Description
A very short-period and in-vacuum type undulator, SGU no. 17 has been constructed and installed in the 2.5GeV Photon Factory storage ring, which has been upgraded to enhance the straight sections for insertion devices in the PF ring. SGU no. 17 is designed to be a hard x-ray source for protein crystallography and structural biology
