Effect of ionizing radiation on the properties of PM-1 polyimide film
Description
The kinetics of accumulation and quenching of radicals in PM-1 polyimide film under the effect of γ radiation were investigated. It was found that the kinetics of quenching are polychromatic. It was shown that a high concentration of stable radicals in the starting film which prevents development of the process of decomposition of the polymer is one of the causes of the high stability of the mechanical properties of the polyimide film
