Synthesis of tritiated vasopressin
Description
8Lysine-vasopressin and its derivatives labelled with tritium in the amino-acid fractions of the molecule were prepared. For this purpose, the method of reductive dehalogenation of the respective halogen derivatives by gaseous tritium in the presence of Pd/Al2O3 as catalyst was used. The method developed may be conveniently used for the synthesis of various labelled polypeptide hormones
