Description
The 19-state and the 29-state R-matrix calculations have been employed to obtain the differential cross section and electron-photon coincidence parameters λ and |χ| for the 11S-33P excitation of helium at energies below the 51P threshold. The results of the calculation reported in this letter represent the first definitive calculation on these cross sections and λ and |χ| values expressed as functions of electron energies. (author)
