Synthesis of new rare earth metallocarboranes. Final report

Results of research on the preparation of stable organolanthanide compounds using the metal atom technique are reported. This technique involves depositing metal atoms with a reactive substrate on the walls of a Dewar at -1960C. After reaction has occurred the resulting compounds are worked up using standard methods.
