Description

Saturated vapor over indium dichloride at T=590 K was studied by electron diffraction and mass-spectrometric methods. It is ascertained that the vapor contains three molecular forms InCl, In2Cl4 and InCl3, the first being the dominating one. Geometric structure of In2Cl4 molecule, characterized by parameters rα(In-Clt)=2.31 (1) A, rα(In3-Clb)=2.33 (1) A, rα(In1-Clb)=3.20 (22) A, <CltIn3Clt=127 (4)0, <ClbIn3Clb=104 (5)5, was determined
