Analysis of the high multiplicity events in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions
Description
From the view point that a high energy nucleus-nucleus interaction is composed of the multiple nucleon-nucleon collisions, we analyze the multiplicities of the ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions. Most of the experimental data are well settled within our framework. It is concluded that the multiplicity is insensitive to the quark-gluon plasma (QGP) formation or QGP has not yet been created within the observed events. 17 references
