On effect of low-energetic ion implantation on structure of surface layers of high-strength alloys
Description
The x-ray method was used to examine the affect of 5-10 KeV nitrogen ions irradiations on the structure-phase state of the surface layers of EhP718 and VT3-1 alloys subjected by thermal and deformation working. It was established the significant influence of irradiation temperature on the microdeformation level and structure-phase state of the surface layers of irradiated alloys
