Effect of crystalline structure on luminescence of Y2O3-Gd2O3-La2O3 system solid solutions

Description
Crystal phosphors based on ternary solid solutions of Y2O3-La2O3-Gd2O3 system are synthesized, connection between the solid solution composition and crystal structure is investigated. Optimal content of activator in a crystal phosphor is determined, crystal phosphor matrix structure effect on the crystal phosphor photoluminescence spectrum is ascertained
