Oxides interaction and phase relations in In2O3-CdO system

Description

Phase relations in In2O3-CdO system are determined, the presence of the only compound of cadmium indate CdIn2O4 is revealed. Features of chemical precipitation of indium and cadmium carbonates from the respective nitric acid salts are studied. Sequence of the production and crystallization of oxide phases in In2O3-CdO system is ascertained according to x ray diffraction and DTA data. Optimal material synthesis requires in the given system are proposed
