Definition of energy parameters of gas-dynamic molecular beams by the time-of-flight method

Description

The results of diagnozing the parameters of molecular beams H2,N2 and CO by the method of time-of-flight metastable spectroscopy based on the registering of metastable particle packets excited by the pulsed electron beam, are presented. The experiments were carried out at the device with the source of gas dynamic molecular beam. The TOF-spectrum of the molecular beam CO at the deceleration temperature 295K and receiver pressure 105Pa is presented. On the basis of experimental and calculation data velocity distributions of N2,H2 and CO at the pressure of 105Pa are obtained; the main gas dynamic parameters of these molecules are calculated
