Description
The results of a study are reported to investigate whether radionuclide cisternography for the examination and treatment of hydrocephalus can be replaced by computer tomography, or whether cisternography scanning provides additional information. The authors advise that a CT scan should be carried out initially and that depending on the indication cisternography may or may not be necessary. (C.F.)
