Making of a safety valve that can be fitted to a containment vessel filled with a non compressible fluid, such as the water system of a nuclear power station. It includes a hydraulic brake located between the valve and the elastic means, close to the valve which completely suppresses the high frequency oscillations of the equipment

Realisation d'une soupape de surete pouvant etre implantee sur une enceinte remplie d'un fluide incompressible, comme le circuit d'eau d'une centrale nucleaire. Elle comporte un frein hydraulique dispose entre le clapet et les moyens elastiques, a proximite du clapet qui supprime completement les oscillations de haute frequence de l'equipage mobile
