Investigation into reaction of yttrium ions with amino benzyliden phosphonic acid

Description

The system of Y(NO3)3 - amino benzyliden phosphonic acid (H4L) - H2O has been studied by the method of residual concentrations. It has been established that in the system a hardly soluble compound is formed of the composition YHL : 4H2O; in the case of H4L excess a precipitate appears of the variable composition consisting of YHL x 4H2O and H4L. The solubility products (SP) have been calculated for some compounds
