Description

The frequency of dominant lethal mutation (DLM) in the germ cells of male mice induced by HTO-irradiation was studied. HTO was injected to the male mice at the active concentration of 3.22-31.23 x 102 kBq/g.b.w. which emitted to accumulative doses of 0.073-0.710 Gy within the following 20 days. The results suggested that the frequencies of DLM and post implantation loss induced at spermatids suggested that the frequencies of DLM and post implantation loss induced at spermatids increased with the increasing of the dose absorbed. Primary spermatocytes appeared to be more radiosensitive than spermatogonia and spermatids when the germ cells were exposed at 0.494 Gy
