Changes in dislocation structure in dependence of texture of gaseous deposited tungsten
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Fizicheskoj Khimii
Description
X-ray structural analysis and selective dislocation etching were employed to study the dislocation structure of precipitates obtained through the reduction of tungsten hexafluoride by hydrogen. The dislocation density was found to be dependent on grain orientation, the type and expressiveness of texture. A model of formation of dislocation structure in precipitates was proposed
