HMC-south '91 conference and exhibition

Since implementation of the Superfund Act and its amendments including SARA, regulations that address hazardous materials control and expenditures for compliance have expanded dramatically. Since 1980, HMCRI has held national conferences on the issues concerning hazardous materials control. This Proceedings presents the manuscript from the first southern regional conference, HWHM/HMC-South 91. The Proceedings are intended to serve as a reference on both national and regional matters. Sections include topics in the areas of Site Investigation, Sampling and Monitoring, Contaminant Fate, Liability, Safety and Incident Control, State and Federal Policy, Risk Assessment, Waste Minimization, Land Disposal, Contaminated Soil Treatment, Groundwater Control, Biotreatment, Incineration, Site Remediation, Radioactive Waste, and Public Participation.
