Diagnosis for Xingguang facility transmission-reflected focus line

Description
Using a pinhole camera and a double-slit camera, we monitored the focus line of the transmission-reflected focus system of 'Xingguang' facility leaded to on-site modify the parameters of the laser facility, and checked the driving laser power with Ne-like Ge lasing lines. In the experiment, we introduced a POLO prism as an element to parallelly move a light beam. The experimental results showed that the focus line width could basically satisfied the requirements of XRL experiments, but the homogeneity along the length was not so ideal
