Anharmonic contributions in ZnS powder diagrams

Description

In ZnS contributions from third order anharmonic thermal vibrations are important at high temperatures being proportional to T2. Neutron powder measurements at different temperatures confirm this behavior. The magnitude of the temperature independent anharmonicity parameter is similar to that from a single crystal determination at room temperature
