Anharmonic constant and longitudinal acoustic wave absorption in (Ysub(1-c)Lusub(c))sub(3)Alsub(5)Osub(12) solid solutions
Description
Behav our of relative effective anharmonism constant in the solid solution of yttrium-lutetium aluminium garnet is experimentally studied. The obtained values are used for interpretation of the results of measuring the absorption value from composition of solid solution in a wide temperature range
