Synthesis of ferroelectric single crystals of (Sb 1-xBix)TaO4 solid solutions

Description
New single crystals characterized by antimony ortho tantalate ferroelectric structure, which should be considered as substitution solid solutions, were synthesized. The dependence of dielectric characteristics of the crystals on bismuth oxide content was revealed. The outlook of their application in new materials in 670-500 K range was shown
