Nuclear structure of 163Dy studied with (n,γ), (n,n'γ), (d,p) and (d,t) reactions

Description
The nucleus 163Dy was studied with (n,γ), (n,n'γ) and (n,e-) reactions at Grenoble, Riga and Brookhaven and with (d,p) and (d,t) measurements in Munich. An extensive level scheme was constructed up to 2 MeV including 277 gamma transitions and 14 rotational band assignments. The neutron binding energy was determined to be 6271.04 (9) keV. (orig.)
