Description
Circuitry and results of a simple device for the measurement of time differences with subpicosecond resolution are given. Originally intended for the measurement of extremely fast luminescence decay, the device may be of interest for many other applications. The half width of the pulse height distribution corresponds to 0.7 ps. (orig.)
