Description

We have been developing a highly sensitive magneto-optical (MO) detection system using Faraday effects, for monitoring the real time magnetic flux states in superconductor devices. Up to now, we have fabricated a prototype laser-MO imaging system, and also fabricated MO indicators by means of the metal organic decomposition method. By using the system and the MO indicators, we succeeded in the detection of the magnetic field around an YBa2Cu3O7-δ strip line applied with bias current
