Description
The application of anti-human lung cancer monoclonal antibody (McAb) Lc-1 IgM fragment was performed for human lung radioimmunoimaging. The sensitivity and specificity of this agent were studied. The results were performed by Elscient Sp-6 SPECT. 57 cases were performed, all cases were proved surgical operation and pathological diagnosis. 57 cases include primary lung cancer, metastatic lung cancer and benign lung diseases. The results of this method was proved, its sensitivity was 89%, specificity was 83%. The method is very simple, safe, of high specificity, and it should be studied further in future
