Leray residues and effective masses of a lattice model
Description
A single-particle model for many-dimensional cubic lattice based on the extension theory is considered. A formula for a sum of the effective masses of the quasiparticle is derived by means of the Leray residues applying to some meromorphic form on the Riemann space of quasimomentum
