Description
We study the ratio of fragmentation fractions, fΞb/fΛb, from the measurement of Ξb0 → Ξc+π- and Λb0 → Λc+π- with Ξc+/Λc+ → pK-π+. With the branching fraction B(Ξc+ → pK-π+) = (2.2±0.8)% obtained under the U-spin symmetry, the fragmentation ratio is determined as fΞb/fΛb = 0.054±0.020. To reduce the above uncertainties, we suggest to measure the branching fractions of Ξc+ → p anti K*0 and Λc+ → Σ+K*0 at BESIII, Belle II and LHCb. (orig.)
