Relation of temperature anomalies in electrical resistance to resonance impurity scattering in dilute Cr-Fe alloys

Description
Temperature dependences of ρ(T) electric resistance from 4.2 up to 400 K were investigated for dilute Cr0.973-xFe0.027V(Mn)x alloys. Correlation between occurrence of low-temperature ρ(T) minimums an anomalies of residual resistance was revealed in experiments. ρ(T) behaviour was qualitatively analyzed in the framework of the model of resonance impurity scattering
