Electrodiffusion of indium in monocrystalline cadmium antimonide
Description
Indium diffusive transfer in cadmium antimonide monocrystal when transmitting direct current through the samples is studied. The conclusion is made that an indium atom diffuses into cadmium antimonide in a neutral state. Using an electric field cadmium antimonide can be alloyed with indium by programs to create potential barriers in the crystal
