Phenomenological quark model for strong decays
Description
Different models describing strong decays are briefly discussed. A new picture is proposed of the strong decay process more closely related to the field theory. The expression for the decay amplitude is in many aspects similar to those obtained in nonrelativistic pair creation models but it has been obtained in a general relativistic treatment based on the formal theory of scattering.
