Description

Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Commonwealth Edison Company are co-sponsoring a program to study the feasibility of applying the Low Oxidation State Metal Ion (LOMI) process to the full system decontamination (FSD) of a BWR with the fuel removed. This report is the second in a series of six that is being produced which detail the results to that study. This document specifically addresses the problems of corrosion and long-term materials compatibility. 13 refs., 4 figs., 3 tabs
