Acoustic and acoustoelectronic properties of carbon nanotube films

Description
The study on the change in the nanotube film chemical composition in time is carried out. The study on the nanotube film chemical composition on the alumoyttrium garnet substrate is accomplished through the methods of the IR-spectroscopy and mass-spectroscopy of the secondary ions. The effect of the nanotubes arbitrary alloying by the sublayer atoms is identified. The acoustic-electronic effect in the nanotube films on the surface acoustic waves is observed. The possibility of applying the nanotube films for the acoustic waves effective excitation in the solid bodies on the account of the electrostriction is analyzed

Проведено исследование изменения химического состава нанотрубной пленки во времени. Изучение химического состава нанотрубных пленок на подложке из алюмоиттриевого граната проводилось методами ИК-спектроскопии и масс-спектроскопии вторичных ионов. Открыт эффект самопроизвольного легирования нанотрубок атомами подложки. Наблюдался акустоэлектрический эффект в нанотрубных пленках на поверхностных акустических волнах. Проанализирована возможность использования нанотрубных пленок для эффективного возбуждения акустических волн в твердых телах за счет электрострикцииAdditional details
