Morphology and accumulation mechanism of zirconium carbide plastic strain at the essential variation of grain size and of deformation parameters are investigated. Diagrams which describe evolution of carbide strain within different temperature ranges are suggested. General and peculiar features for strain of carbides and metallic materials are pointed out
