The 67Li(p,d) reaction at 185 MeV

Deuteron spectra have been measured for (p,d) reactions in 6Li and 7Li for angles between 2.50 and 300 (lab). In the studied separation energy range, Esub(s)<40 MeV, two groups of peaks appeared, separated by 15 to 20 MeV. They were associated with 1p and 1s pickup, respectively. Spectroscopic factors were extracted from a DWBA analysis and were found to be compatible with the expectations of the shell model. The position of a broad peak in the 1s region of the spectra varies with the momentum transfer so as to indicate quasi-free pick-up from an A-particle in the target nucleus. (Auth.)
