The soft-pion skyrmion lagrangian and strong CP-violation

Description
The soft-pion skyrmion effective lagrangian is constructed so as to satisfy all soft-pion threshold theorems. As an application, the strong CP-violating soft-pion nucleon coupling constant is calculated, which is found to contribute 1.2 x 10-16 theta e cm to Dsub(n), the electric dipole moment of the neutron.
