Interaction of Ru3(CO)12 with 1,3-diferrocenylprop-2-ene-1-one. Crystal and molecular structures of the complexes Ru3(CO)8(FeC=CHCOFc)2 and [Ru(CO)2Cl(FcC=CHCOFc)]2

Description

By the methods of IR spectroscopy and 1H, 13C NMR it is ascertained that reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with trans-FcCH-CHCOFc (Fc = ferrocenyl) in boiling heptane results first in formation of complex 1,3,4-η3-[O=C(Fc)CH=C(Fc)Ru(CO)3](μ-H)Ru(CO)3 and then of complex 1,3,4-η3-[O=C(Fc)CH=(Fc)Ru(CO)3]Ru(CO)2 (1). Dissolution of the complexes in CHCl3 or CH2Cl2 gives rise to formation of complex [O=C(Fc)CH=C(Fc)Ru(CO)2Cl2] (2) containing two oxaruthenacycles bound by Cl-bridges. The structure of complexes 1 and 2 was determined by the method of X-ray diffraction analysis

Abstract (Russian)

Методами ИК-спектроскопии и ЯМР 1H, 13C установлено, что реакция Ru3(CO)12 с транс-FcCH-CHCOFc (Fc = ферроценил) в кипящем гептане приводит к образованию сначала комплекса 1,3,4-η3-[O=C(Fc)CH=C(Fc)Ru(CO)3](μ-H)Ru(CO)3, а затем комплекса 1,3,4-η3-[O=C(Fc)CH=(Fc)Ru(CO)3]Ru(CO)2 (1). При растворении этих комплексов в CHCl3 или CH2Cl2 образуется комплекс [O=C(Fc)CH=C(Fc)Ru(CO)2Cl2] (2), содержащий два оксарутенацикла, связанных Cl-мостиками. Строение комплексов 1 и 2 определено методом рентгеноструктурного анализа
