Hydrodynamic response function and kinetic coefficients for macroscopic collective motion of nuclei

Description
An important aspect of nuclear liquid dynamics is account of the Pauli principle and of the related to this effect dynamic Fermi surface deformation. In the local hydrodynamic approximation taking into account the Fermi motion of nucleons, the linear response function for external depending on time field is determined. As example, the edge interaction of two heavy ions with excitation of damping multipole giant resonanes is considered
