Quantization of the hole energy spectrum in adiabatic potential of electron

Description
Spectra of interzonal absorption of CdS microcrystals with 15-30 A dimensions grown in transparent dielectric matrix are investigated. The structure conditioned by quantization of hole energy spectrum in adiabatic potential of its Coulomb interaction with an electron is found in the range of transitions to the lower level of dimensional electron quantization
