Experimental method to measure dose equivalent indices for low and medium energy X-rays

Description
An experimental method was developed to measure Dose Equivalent Indices for low and medium energy X-rays. A sphere was constructed to simulate the human body in accordance with ICRU Report 19 but using plexiglas instead of tissue equivalent material of density 1g. cm-3. (E.G.)

Desenvolveu-se um metodo experimental para medir indices de doses equivalentes para radiacao X de baixa e media energia. Construiu-se uma esfera para simular o corpo humano em acordo com o relatorio 19 da ICRU, mas usando 'plexiglas' ao inves do material equivalente do tecido de densidade 1g. cm-3.
